FinnBots was made by a dad and his daughter, and a lot of our players are children. Here is exactly what your child can and can't do on this site.
The short version
- Free, foreverEvery one of the 37 games can be played free, as much as you like. Free play is the whole game — nothing is held back.
- No adsThere are no adverts anywhere on the site or in the games.
- No sign-upNo account, no email address, no name. Children just pick a game and play.
- No trackingNo tracking cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which identifies no one.
- No chatThere is no chat and no way to contact other players. Children play against the game or against a computer Bot.
- No surprise spendingThe games never ask for a card. Nothing can be bought without a crypto wallet, which a child would need an adult to set up.
About $OIL and the wallet
$OIL is the FinnBots token on Solana. It is only for grown-ups who own a FinnBot and use a crypto wallet.
Holders can spend $OIL on ranked runs, which put a score on a daily leaderboard. A ranked run is the same game as free play — paying never makes anyone stronger. Two quick-play games, Pick-a-Bot and Spot-a-FinnBot, also have a paid prize round for wallet holders; their free play has no prize and no price.
Every paid action needs the wallet owner to approve it in their own wallet app, every time. If your child does not have a wallet, they cannot spend anything here.
Good to know
- The games play in the browser on a laptop, tablet or phone — nothing to download.
- Each game has a "How to play" page with its controls.
- Night mode (the switch at the top) is easier on the eyes at bedtime.
- The Games page sorts games by type: arcade, puzzles, words and quick play.
